課程目標 |
法改正が問題になっているところに限らず、日本民法において所有と財産とに関して議論されている点をとりあげ、そこに見られる考え方の変化を分析する。
Examining points discussed with regard to ownership and property in Japanese Civil Law, not only where legal reform is at issue, and analysing the changes in ideology or way of thinking that can be found there.

缺席一堂課程扣總分30分，遲到超過20分鐘者，視為缺席。因公病事假須請假者，請於課程開始前寫信聯絡助教，逾時不候，謝謝。 事假僅限一次，超過者以缺席論，公假與病假請另附證明文件。
Being absent or late for over 20mins without valid reason for any single time will result in a DEDUCTION of 30 points in TOTAL credits. Should you have justified reason(s) i.e official, sick or personal leave, please inform the TA PRIOR TO the lecture.
Only ONE personal leave is allowed throughout the period. Students with more than one personal leave will be regarded as absent.
A certificate is required for sick or official leave. |
